There was a surprise problem with the check in, but Sara the host was immediately responsive; she explained and solved the problem right away. The suite was comfortable and the location and price were great for me. I really appreciated that the suite was nice and warm when I arrived on a bit of a cold night. The one suggestion I would make would be greater attention to cleanliness, particularly the shower and the floors. It was so quiet and comfy, though; I really appreciated being able to stay there.
