🔑 PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS (Required Before Check-In)

1. ✅ Online Check-In is Required

Prior to arrival, all guests must complete CTBH`s secure online check-in process. This enables us to prepare your arrival and provide access to your Guest Portal.

The Primary Booker and all staying guests may be required to complete identity verification before arrival where permitted by applicable booking platform policies and local requirements.

3. 👥 Guest Registration

All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

4. 📝 Rental Agreement

Guests may be required to electronically acknowledge CTBH`s Rental Agreement before arrival where applicable.

5. 💳 Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization

Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit in the form of a pre-authorization hold (typically US$200–US$300).

The authorization is released following checkout and satisfactory inspection, subject to your financial institution`s processing times.
