Highly recommended ! The room was clean & fresh, with a very comfortable bed. Own little patio area was nice to sit out & view the Gulf. The grounds were well kept with various plants and trees. Pool was great, without the usual overdosing of chlorine. Great sunset view . Friendly and helpful staff & owners. Overall very happy 😊 with our stay & plan on staying here again !

Nice guesthouses with small but functional rooms. Outside areas were very well maintained with beautiful gardens. Pool area and kayak launch areas were very nice. Guest rooms could use a bit of renovation, stairs and porch area were a bit old. Convenient parking. They offer scones and coffee for breakfast. Scones were nice treat but not very healthy option. Some staff were nicer than others. A bit pricey for what you get, but overall nice property.

THE SCONES!! plus the lady who bakes them gives off infectious happy vibes. Rooms were nice, walls a bit thin and don't stay on lower level of the 2 story units. Little beach area and kayaks are nice.

Love that is was family owned and the owners we visible, helpful and very easy to talk two. The property was extremely clean and it was a nice touch for you to be able to use complimentary kayaks. The pool was heated and the views from the beach and dock were very nice. Got some nice sunset pics. Short drives to restaurants and bars.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The free kayaks we took out at sunset. The complimentary fresh baked scones and coffee each morning. The rooms were impeccably clean and they offered fresh towels daily. The grounds were lush and absolutely beautiful. The owners were so kind and we fell in love with Charlie, the golden retriever that loved his ear scratches. The location to area Hotspots was great! Only about an hour from Miami, Marathon keys and the 7 mile bridge. We rented a car, so getting around was a breeze. Overall the place was a MUST STAY! Clean, friendly, great location and some of the most stunning sunsets you'll ever see. We consider ourselves blessed to have had the experience we had at The Bay
