Rental Policies, Rules, & Notes
To maintain the integrity of our resort community and comply with local regulations, please note the following:
• Minimum Stay Requirements: In compliance with AOAO regulations, a minimum of 6 nights is strictly required. Bookings cannot leave unbookable gaps (e.g., leaving a 2- or 4-night gap in a 12-night block). For exact 7-night availability slots, a full 7-night booking is required.
• Holiday Peak Season: Due to extreme demand during Christmas and New Year, we accept bookings for: 1) One full week of Christmas (extra days must be padded before Christmas), 2) One full week of New Year (extra days must be padded after New Year), or 3) A combined 2-week block covering both holidays.
• Parking Policies: Guests must park only in their two assigned spaces with a valid permit displayed. Oversized vehicles (like limousines or extra-large trucks) that do not fit entirely within the lines are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
• Overnight Parking Fee: Registration of a vehicle for overnight parking in association-owned stalls incurs a flat $25 fee covering the entire stay duration.
• Disclosures: A signed rental contract is required to finalize all bookings. Total rent may be adjusted if local taxes or resort fees change after booking.
