Perfect for families and friends! This first floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!

Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, walk out from the lanai and take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.

Dave's home was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. It was very clean as well. We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location, there's a Safeway across the street at a shopping mall with a couple stores and a Ross store for last minute shopping. The bldg can use some TLC but, our unit was clean, we used the grill the 2 nights we stayed here and had a nice location close to the airport and the helicopter. Will highly recommend this condo, we will definitely come back. The host had great communication, parking was convenient.
