Staff very friendly and helpful. Family friendly hotel. We got the beach front room. really beautiful views and clean. if we’re going to be back in Kauai definitely we will stay at this place again. if i can comment i wish they have iron in the room.

Everything else is great other than the Wi-Fi connection. Can only login couple of times - even in midnight the connection fails consistently. My guess is the server only allows certain number of devices to login for the whole property. Then in the room both Verizon and T-Mobile cell phone signals are next to none. We literally had a very quiet vacation disappearing from the grid because kids even had a hard time to contact us. Hope management can invest some money to improve the Wi-Fi system.

Location was great, ocean view and chairs were nice. Room is pretty bare bones and the restaurant being closed felt like we were missing out on drinks and meals on site. Chickens will likely wake you up early each day but they were fun to watch running around. Pool was nice to hang out around outside.

The Balcony was PERFECT! I would definitely return. I would only suggest the Fire Pit stay on maybe till 11pm for us nite owls. And maybe more lighting. The outdoors blue light was nice. But maybe a few more colors for a well rounded minimal lighting experience =)

Hotel is nice but unfortunately too much construction going on at the time of stay and restaurant was closed. I would consider coming back once construction is complete. Overall, liked the location and the stunning view of the ocean.

Such a nice getaway my husband and I had at the ISO. From our room we could look out at the pool and beautiful ocean. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great size room. The staff is super nice and helpful. So friendly too! I will definitely stay there again once I get back to Kauai

Loved the ocean view from my room. The room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful to all my questions. Most importantly to me was that the walls were thick or insulated enough that i couldn't hear any of the adjacent neighbors through them.
