The staff was great. But the property was showing its age. Things were broken and not working and the pictures that were shown on Hotels.com looked nothing like the property. Our room was considerably smaller then what we were expecting. We had to go get bedding for the sofa sleeper.

The room was clean! The staff were very respectful and considerate of me an my guest! The amenities were except able a well organized! The pool an hot tub should a couple hours set up for adults between ten pm a twelve am just a suggestion. The snack machines should be updated. But the stay was very comfortable an relatively short an relaxing. Thank you for all your time an service ladies an gentleman!

I was initially sent to a room that was so dirty i couldn't believe it. I took pictures of crumbs covering the sofa and staind all ove everything. Then they sorted out a clean room and since we booked the hotel for the hot tub we thpught we wpuld go enjpy it. Well that was broken so we spent a lot of mo ey for what was supposed to be a good hotel experience.

After traveling home for 13 hrs we chose Sleep Inn right off 35. Location was great, staff was friendly & welcoming. Rooms & hotel very clean, wasn’t able to use the water park but I know my kids who are adults would’ve loved it😂 I truly think this hotel deserves more 7.8,

Upon arrival at midnight there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot which had me kinda nervous but the front desk staff was so nice it eased my nerves. The room was fairly clean a tad dated but for the price I have no complaints! The shower was kinda strange the way it was tucked away in the bathroom but it got me clean.

We were there for 4 nights and they never entered our room for cleaning during our stay. The shower was adequate, but went hot/cold. The pool was great and the kids loved it! The breakfast was good - variety and freshness. The staff was excellent! We mostly interacted with Garrett and he was SO helpful! The chair in our room was quite dirty and there was a hole in it. We would stay there again.

Staff was really nice, manager was great. My first room had many issues like no hot water, appliances weren't able to be plugged in. The furniture was not sturdy and looked like a dog chewed it. I was moved to another room. This room had big black flies on the ceiling and a bunch more dead in the windowsill. My dog was obsessed with something under the bed. Ilooked under the bed but it was an enclosed platform. Was something inside? I didnt want to know. Other than that the stay was good. My kids loved the pool area and the breakfast was pretty decent. I think the water heater on the 3rd floor must not be great because the second rooms water was warm but not hot.
