The rooms AC/heater only blew out hot air. We called to get it fixed and he said he would and then never showed. Thankfully the windows opened a bit and we were able to keep them open all night. Otherwise it wouldve been terribly hot. The mini fridge wasnt cold.

Yes everything was lovely. Great for leisure time. It was about 15 minutes from Royals and Chiefs stadium. If you love to eat and shop this is the area. Everything was in walking distance. Hotel was exceptional. Valet parking and rooms were very clean. When I visit again I will be staying in this area again. Thanks for the good time KC.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The only issue I had was the prices at the hotel bar and restaurant. We went out after all the rest of the nights after are large bill the first night.

We chose this property to view the Plaza Lights. The check in agent was not customer friendly and we were not sure why. She “offered” a room on a lower floor that would not accommodate the view of the Plaza lights. We asked for mgmt and amazingly she was able to offer a room with view. However, the room had a rancid smell and we had housekeeping

The breakfast was ridiculous. $25 for a continental breakfast that was not that great. The room was clean, but the toilet never flushed properly, we had to hold the handle down to get it to flush and by the end of our stay, that didn’t even work. The A/C quit working so our room was over 80 degrees when we got back. The valet staff was friendly even though we didn’t use them, they were extremely kind and helpful.
