Elevators not working. Long waits and crowded when one finally arrives. Stairs are not available to walk! Room was clean and pleasant. Dashana (sp) at the front desk was not pleasant to work with.

room 417 was good. the cover for the ac/heater fell off the wall first night with a crash at 3am! scared the crap out of my wife and i. the thing needs a good cleaning, dust was pretty thick in unit. shower definitely leaks everywhere while showering, all in all the hotel was great with pool to enjoy 80 degree weather while in town!

The best part of the day was the remodeled room and layout of the room. The pool was extremely disappointing. It was freezing water, no towels, ladders and maintenance materials all over. The fitness room also had no towels or anyway to clean off the equipment. I will not recommend this hotel to people

The location of the property was great and was easily accessible to lots of shopping and dining options. The cleanliness was average as we found a few things that were not picked up in our room from before. Also, check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30pm, and our room wasn’t ready till after 5pm. I think the staff or location faltered on their commitment to having rooms ready at check in time.

Great stay for Chiefs game!

Great stay!! We will definitely be staying here again for our next Chiefs game. Love the plaza area and everything it has to offer. Everything was great from start to finish. Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the room design is really nice having two “separate “ rooms. Highly recommend.

Something is wrong there! We saw a surprising number of tattooed, barely dressed, young girls in the hotel. My wife jokingly asked me if we were at a “Hooker Hilton”!! I thought there might be human trafficking happening in the hotel. When we arrived, there were two people at the check in desk avoiding eye contact and we had stand there, with no acknowledgement, for a very uncomfortable amount of time although there were no lines.
