We were in two of the outer rooms 124 & 224 ( that I think used to be apartments). Though the second floor room was a little warmer, we could not get our room to reach above 69/70 heat. We tried switching between off and heat to make sure we had it in Heat Mode. We never felt heat "blowing" through any of the vents, so maybe they have been blocked or partially shut some how .We also noticed light coming through around the door, like it NEEDS some weatherstripping! It was just chilly when we were sitting in the room and especially after getting out of the shower! Oh and play another local channel on your TV in the breakfast room, like ABC, CBS or NBC. A channel that doesn't lie to the American people, just keep it neutral.

Everything is a bit tight in the space, obvious signs of age in the hotel that needs some updating. Eating area is weirdly placed. However, the staff were great, the breakfast was fantastic, I was easily able to find street parking, and the location is still central.

The staff was very courteous. The room was nice but had no hot water. The couch bed was lopsided and the kids said it was very uncomfortable. The worst part was a maintenance employee came into our room at 7am, woke everyone up while he was cursing and scared my kids to death.
