I killed two spiders. Also EVERYTIME I left my room which was quite often I had to have new door keys made. Even to simply leave to buy stuff at the tony desk. The room just didn’t seem clean and around the heating unit was packing around it like it had been broken. I will not be returning and would like some of my money back.

We were on a one night stopover; got in late & they had everything ready for a quick check-in. Bed and pillows very comfortable; room amenities were great. Breakfast & coffee were the basics & good to get us on the way. Would stay here again.

We stayed here a week earlier and got a fabulous room. Then we stayed a second time and got a room that was all beat up. The bathroom was really worn and the room was a little dirty. All in all it’s our go to place in Blue Springs. It’s pretty nice value.

We had a nice stay. Room was clean. Lots of fresh towels and nice pillow choices on the bed and it was comfortable. Nice coffee machine downstairs, too. The breakfast offerings were nice as well.

The staff was not supportive at all. I reported water behind toilet and was told 3 times someone would come check it and nothing. I also went to the staff several times because the water in the shower wasn’t even hot and we had to take cool showers. Barely any water pressure in the sink. But when I went to the staff I advised of my medical condition and how cold showers made my pain worse and I also couldn’t do my Epsom salt soak which helps relive pain and they still didn’t help when it came to hot water in the bathtub which I definitely needed after sleeping on a queen bed that was so damn hard it felt like you were sleeping on concrete. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were in a thing of liquid and then yogurt machine was down. We only went to that hotel as we used to go and get the room with a jacuzzi tub in the room when it was quality inn through choice and yet this experience was terrible. So, the stay definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.

Overall a good value and I will likely return. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, beds, bedding, and pillows were comfy, and housekeeping was attentive. Plenty of quiet for sleeping!
