I DID CONFIRM THIS ROOM RESERVATION. I am alone with my 8 year old daughter on the side of the highway because you charged me when I did NOT CONFIRM. In fact, I DENIED.

Dirty and out of date! Pictures are a lie!! 100$ cash deposit time of check in but no proof anywhere that’s the policy. Barely has hot water and pool room is so foggy it burns your eyes. Staff was very nice but we should of been given a discount for having no hot water and having to change rooms halfway through our stay along with one tv didn’t work we were missing a lamp and iron and it was so dirty and nasty. Dead bug on top of lights in elevators like a ton! The place has terrible maintenance a cleaning pictures are a lie!

We were in town for a Chiefs night game and only needed a place to crash for the night. It’s about 10-15 minutes from the stadium, decent area, easy to get to. Room was clean, bug free. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Hot water pressure was low, which is my only real complaint. We did ask for a cot, which they couldn’t provide- they don’t have them, but we made it work. Breakfast was subpar, but considering the price point, you get what you pay for. The pool looked cleaner than the photos, but we didn’t have time to try.

The drawers were screwed shut, elevator did not work 2nd day, climate controlled unit could only be used as either AC or heat. I had to get up three times in the middle of the night and turn it from air to heat. Freezer was so full of ice it could not be used. The check-in staff was very nosy asking what kind of surgery I was having,if that man was my husband, and later took my hand and told me that I was very beautiful. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

It wasn't as nice of a Red Lion as I expected and I found a flea and showed it to the man at the desk. he seemed unconcerned and just said its because of the colder weather. I had found one and showed it to him. he seemed like a nice guy but i had the feeling he was making excuses and said they get inspected 2 times a week. that sounded suspicious to me.

This had previously scammed my credit card for damages that were never done, but luckily the room the next night I was able to prove that this time five years later booked online they wouldn’t even give me a room. I didn’t get a refund and they were very rude and told me to just move on. I had a house fire. You just never know what someone’s going through. Terrible people.

The staff was great. There was a slight language challenge with night staff and house keeping which actually helped show how friendly and dedicated they were to meet your request to the best of their ability. At the price you will usually find motels from 1 to 3 star service. They are a 5 star 4star facility. Bargain at 157 for 2 nights.
