Room was clean could’ve been a little more spacious but it was overall good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the bathroom and the cleaning lady. Breakfast could’ve been included for guests but I liked the setup up for food. Overall my experience was great and I’m looking forward to booking again hopefully soon.

The place is brand new good amenities secure close to a lot of activities. The staff was friendly and helpful bed was comfortable and the shower was great and large. This will probably be are go to in are travels to KCMO.

No free breakfast with room. Reception was good. This was a one night stay on a long road trip. For that kind of trip I need a decent refrigerator and microwave in my room. The refrigerator was inadequate, very small, and there is no microwave.

When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go. This man is so nice and kind glad to have ran into him because I was unsure if I wanted to come out or not and his vibe was right on. I will be coming back just to see him 😊
