This place is an excellent location! Right off I-435. We are just minutes away from the Royals and Chiefs & World Cup 2026 stadiums, the Kansas City Zoo, hiking trails, and the Starlight Theater, golfing and mountain bike trails. Very peaceful and rejuvenating. If you love trees and birds, this place is amazing! Our family cherishes the memories we are able to make here. Just 10 minutes to Downtown or the Plaza. Master bedroom(s) are both en suite. One has a Jacuzzi bath/shower. The second has a shower. Kitchen features stainless steel dishwasher, Dacor gas range, microwave, side by side fridge, butcher block counters, copper apron sink, and T.V. Free Wi-Fi and stream smart device included! Please note: this home is not an event space. If you are looking for an event space for a party, reception, family reunion, or otherwise, this is not the one.
