Staff did not inform you of anything except give you a key and tell where the elevator is. Ice machine not working on one on the property Wi-Fi not available without signing up for the Choice Rewards. Stand Wi-Fi (If you can sign on did not allow internet access without addition charge) If you experienced Wi-Fi issues you were given a 1-800 number to call. Overall opinion I would not recommend.

They say first impressions are everything, and this Comfort Inn missed that in the elevator on the way up to the room. Stepping in to the elevator we found old, dirty carpet, trash on the floor, foot prints on the wall, and overall had us worried about what the room would look like. Fortunately the room was clean. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again, just too many things that needed updating that made us uncomfortable.
