Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly and I liked that.

The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the bedspreads had visible hairs on them, making it evident that they had not been changed or properly cleaned. I have photos to support this.
