The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly and made a horrible noise anytime it was on. The ceiling fan, when it was on, was so loose it looked like it was going to come off the ceiling. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up, and couldn't connect, the alarm clock didn't work. It was an awful room.

Comforter had dried washed on blood stain, floor was so dirty that feet were black after showering, husband found some kinda bug on the wall and google said it was a carpet mite, hard bed, flat pillows, front desk told me to “find housekeeping” to get new towels, we received two upon arrival and stayed four nights and they acted like we were crazy for asking for more. Pool had tons of bugs in it, cleaned it ourselves, and was freezing cold. Overall horrible experience!

Property needs some updating. The bathroom fan didn’t work in either room we rented. The shower curtain rod had been moved and patched on the wall and never repainted. Just looked tacky. Staff was very friendly

A Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

We booked two adjacent rooms for our family and were extremely disappointed from the moment we arrived. One of the headboards had disturbing white stains, and one bed’s comforter had visible blood and urine stains. We had to call the front desk to request clean bedding, which we had to go get from the front desk. In the second room, there were urine stains on the wall near the bed closest to the door — completely unacceptable. The bathroom conditions were equally poor. The showerhead was outdated, clogged with hard water buildup, and had almost no water pressure. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the main door required excessive force to shut and lock. Throughout the hotel, cleanliness and maintenance seemed to be nonexistent. The elevator was extremely hot and reeked of marijuana. There was no soundproofing whatsoever — we could hear traffic and outside noise constantly, making it difficult to sleep. The lobby was outdated, poorly maintained, with flickering lights, and lacked even basic cleanliness and attention to detail. Most concerning of all, my 8 year old said he didn’t feel safe staying here. This hotel fails in every area that matters: cleanliness, comfort, and safety. We will never return, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

I was disappointed with my stay, the mirrors were dirty the front of the tv had something nasty on it the bathroom wasn’t clean the tub wasn’t clean. The room smelled of urine and it’s out dated. The Breakfast was horrible it just wasn’t a good stay.

Disappointed

The doors took extra pulls and tugs to open and lock, the “fitness room” had just a couple of pieces and a completely empty dumbbell rack, and the breakfast was cold and greasy.
