"Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply."

"Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. I tried three times with no reply. My advice is to download the Grab app (I read they took over Uber here) then use it with airport wifi when you arrive. I did and it worked perfectly (and the fare is about US$1 so a good tip in cash is well in order). As for the hotel itself, the rooms are clean and modern so don’t be put off by the corridors to them. The pool area on the roof is quite nice (although the bar there is closed since covid) but there is nowhere to sit and if just one family with kids is there it’s not really worth staying around other than just to dip. I didn’t get to sample the breakfast as my flight (at 8.30am so not ridiculously early) meant I had to leave before it commenced. All in all, if you need a hotel for one night to make a connection next morning, this place will certainly do the trick. "

"We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if you're travelling as a group, you have to leave and arrive back at the same time which is quite limiting, especially for an appartment that can sleep 6. The apartment itself is quite scruffy, with limited effort having been made to clean it - cupboard shelves were all dirty and the countertop was really stained and it felt generally quite dingy. They also have bizarre blinds that do nothing to stop light flooding in so without an eye mask you'd have had bright lights from the communal building area opposite in your eyes all night. Location wise it was great for what we needed, you can get a very cheap taxi using the grab app, or it's a 25-30 minute walk to the waterfront bars or market. I would not stay here again for the price. "
