This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines.

The hotel staff were very good and very welcoming. The buffet breakfast was very delicious with everything you could expect and in a very spacious restaurant. Also breakfast buffet opened early enough if you needed to have breakfast early and go on with your day. The dinner buffet on the Saturday evening was also awesome - with so much variety. The room was spacious and well maintained and was happy to have an inbuilt wall plug adapter and so we didn't have to use our adapters. We will definitely stay at this hotel for future visits as its location means you are close to everything including the airport being less than 20 minutes away.
