"It’s a very nice hotel so I’m being picky. When I checked in I arranged for the room to be cleaned but in 3 days housekeeping did not visit our room. I can’t work out why this was !! Just a suggestion but if you are walking from the centre of Helsinki the pedestrian entrance is completely on the wrong side of the hotel. You have to walk completely round the hotel to get in. I’m sure that there could be an entrance on the opposite side. Apart from that all aspects of the hotel are excellent and the few queries we had ( like please can we have clean towels) were dealt with very efficiently"

"Excellent breakfast and dinner included. Enjoyed the private sauna, which can be reserved. Wonderful location. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Wished we could have controlled the room temperature. We were a bit too warm and wanted to open a window or have a fan. Also not a fan of lack of showering privacy as living and sleeping space has a view of shower."
