Cons; The room/hotel is basic, please note that there are is no staff on site, thus if you have any issues with checking in you are on your own to figure it out. However the rate reflects these items. Also the windows do not open, and you can not adjust the temperature of the room. Pros: The hotel is located close to the train station. The location is perfect: close to public transportation, restaurants, main attractions. The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It has fridge, microwave and some coffee/tea supplies. The room was never cleaned during our stay. There is absolutely no staff on site. We had no issues while there, but if issues arise (leaks, not working lights, etc.) the only way is to contact someone from the phone downstairs. The internet link to order breakfast or modify the reservation did not work for us.
