The hotel is visibly dirty, smell of drugs and cigarettes. The halls leading to the room has cigarette butts all over the floor, there is what appears to be emesis on the rug just by the room I was assigned. The room I was assigned was dirty, beddings looked like it was not changed from last occupant just redressed. I did not stay requested for a refund but did not get one. I will not return EVER!

Staff was great. When you walk in the door it's nice. Soon as you step on the elevator it changes ,food on the door of it,hallway looked like it hadn't been swept in months , people walking down the hallway smoking ,fire escape doors held open (9⁰ with 35mph wind) ,hallways were freezing, Room was freezing, turn the heater on , went back to the car for 20 mins. Still cold. Start looking, window is open 4" still took to 3am to get above 66 in the room , Only sheets on the beds. Had to go to Walmart to get some for the night. Mold all around the bathroom ceiling, floors in the room were sticky in spot. Toilet was broke , had to remove tank lid to flush. People that lives there complaining in the halls about not having heat in there rooms. And random people beating on the door at 3am,, No hot shower , no sleep, no heat won't be going back.

Only 1 towell for 2 people. No hand soap to wash with. Cable and internet were awful. No.plug for tub. Cosmetically awful: no phone cord, no fire alarm, holes in wall, drawers broke and mirror in bathroom hanging to one side. Both door locks were broke so I had to put a chair against the door. A big mirror and picture just sitting on the floor not hanging on wall. The only reason I generously gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because there were no bed bugs.
