Nice staff. Outdated and dirty

The staff was amazing. My room was dirty with wires hanging from the non- functioning television. There were stains on the furniture and a yellowed washcloth in the bathroom shower vent. There is a desperate need for a remodel and better cleaning service. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were super nice and helpful. When booking we requested a suite. Upon arrival, we did not receive a suite, the room we were given had paint patches on the wall, had a still old scent to it, the lighting was awful and the tv was not working on any of the inputs. We went to the front desk and were given another room, which was actually a suite. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and tv worked properly. However the bar stools and the one rolling chair had dust and mold spots on them. I enjoyed the breakfast they prepared, sausage gravy is my favorite! I appreciated how close it was to 94 making it easier for us to get where we needed to go. Which helps since all the restaurants, shops and entertainment are at least 15 minutes away. Overall the quick 2 day stay was decent, but I wouldn’t book again.

this was a great stay! breakfast was good and room was nice pretty clean! we saw 2 bugs but i think they came in on us, staff during check in was very nice but they didn't clean the room at all the 4 days we were there even when we had asked, kids on the floor above us were yelling and stomping around all night for the first night but otherwise i definitely would stay again!

a bit neglected

check in was quick, bed was comfy, breakfast options were pretty good. however the toilet was wobbly and the faucet was so loose we had to hold onto it while turning the water on.
