The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The room was comfortable and quiet. The outdoor space was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was great! The front desk staff was HORRIBLE!!! Very rude at check in. After I gave him my id and my credit card he had me checked in under someone else’s name. When I asked for parking information he was extremely vague and never even gave me directions to my room. I asked at check out to speak to someone and he told me he was the only staff I could talk to. At 930 am on a Thursday ??

Hockey Stay

Nice hotel downtown, close to restaurant and bars. The neighborhood is overwhelmed with the homeless population so traveling outside alone is not recommended, however with a group it was fine.

We booked a King suite with a separate bedroom and when we arrived we were told that they did not have that type of room so we were given a 2 queen suite without a separate bedroom. We purposefully booked a separate bedroom so that our children could sleep in separate rooms and not keep each other awake. Since we all had to share one room we did not get a very good night of sleep.

We lovwd wvweything about our stay. The staff was amazing.. the room was great.. we were disappointed in the wyaliry of the bed linens.. a comforter would have been nice. The blankets wete only hospital quality .. overall we loved ot but the bedding needs upgeaded. Id give it a 6 star review if when we tetirn they have upgraded. Its within waling distance to the outdoor mall. Eat at HUBs..great place.. drive 10 minitutes to 43latitude brewery . You qont ve disjointed..
