Br restaurants the ooeakfast was good but ran a little short was pretty full. The windows were great! Enjoyed view of downtown. Kitchen had everything to cook your own meals. Staff was friendly and attentive. Downside pool was closed and my son was really looking forward to swimming. Overall will be back. Walking is easy downtown to the museum restaurants and if you want bars.Will be back

The staff was mostly bland and disinterested. Heat didn’t work right in our room, kept switching to a/c or cool air fan (this was in January). Front desk said all they could do was refer it to maintenance. I was literally shivering. Water in shower took 15+ minutes to reach lukewarm temperature. Once it did, it was hot enough, but wasted a lot of water to get there. Entrance door to our room was very hard to open. I had to have help each time because it stuck so hard and/or wouldn’t release the lock. Room was clean and spacious, though.

Worst hotel stay ever. The staff were rude and racist. The food was nasty. And they charged me for having a party because there were decorations left in the room, pizza boxes, and cups. Because I got the room for my 3 children and decorated for them for the new year, it was considered a party. The manager Jen was rude and argumentative. 0/10.

My only 2 gripes are, you can’t just walk in. It was nice that they didn’t leave you out in the cold and rain but to get all the way in, so as to “check in”, you had to grt someone’s attention. I am sure that this is meant for security but it was a bit of a shock seeing that I was unaware before arriving. The second gripe is that the person “booking” the room has to be present for the check in. This is very inconvenient. I drove there through crappy weather because the attendant had to “see” mu ID but when I got there, he never even looked at it. All that said, our out of town guests had a great stay. They said that it was clean, comfortable and they were surprised at how quiet it was. They got a great nights sleep. Now that I know what to expect, I am sure that we’ll reserve a room for them in the future.
