Upon arrival, we were told the pool wasn’t heating properly. While that was disappointing, we weren’t too worried at first. We switched to a poolside room for easier access and thought the slight chill in the room wouldn’t be a big deal. As the night went on, the room became absolutely freezing. My infant cried and shivered all night long because it was so cold. The next morning, we went to the front desk only to find out they already knew our room had no heat, yet they still put us there anyway — knowing we had a baby. On top of that, we had no hot water that morning, so I had no way to wash bottles or pump parts for my infant. I’ve stayed here in the past with no complaints, which makes this experience even more upsetting and confusing. I have no idea what went wrong this time, but after this experience, I absolutely will never be coming back.

The room was not clean, pulled out sofa sleeper and sheets had stuff all over was not clean, stuff looks run down, needs a lot of updates, freezing in main areas, no hot water in shower or sink, most of our team's rooms had no hot water, which with stinky hockey players not fun.
