Room was clean but old. Entire hotel rooms are being re-done so expect great when done. Air heating/cooling worked very well. Staff was great. Breakfast was below par compared to other Hamptons we've stayed at.

The hotel is under renovation so there was supplies and material all over the parking lot and in the hotel. Stayed at this same hotel last year at the same time and it was in way better condition. Not a bad stay but hotel was dirtier and not as pleasant as the previous year.

Hotel is currently undergoing remodeling (as it was last fall) and it’s probably 5 years overdue. Furniture in lobby/breakfast areas as well as in our room in pretty bad shape (upholstery worn out). Bed pillows way too thin. Staff pleasant and breakfast offerings were good. Location convenient to our friends’ home in Mattawan.
