Had a pretty good stay. The pool hours for quiet time are understandable (the volume in the pool area is considerable and it'squite hot in there). Breakfast options are great! Pizza delivery is close and easy access to Wings Event and a gas station close.

I booked this hotel two months in advance because of the good star ratings and affordable price. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the reviews. Our toilet was literally coming up from the floor, and when I reported it to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. The room itself was dusty, the toilet had what looked like black mold around the rim, and there were spiders in the corners. At checkout, the front desk staff had earbuds in and was talking on the phone while assisting us, which felt very unprofessional. The pool also closed at 9 PM, which was disappointing since most places we’ve stayed keep theirs open later. Honestly, the only decent part of the stay was the breakfast.

Black mold in the bathroom looks like they tried to cover it up. Dead bolt didn't work on the door and bathroom door handle was screwed up. Carpet was dirty

Convenient to Kalamazoo airport as well as Portage and downtown Kalamazoo. Very near I-94 exit/entrance. Currently a little difficult to get into parking area and main entrance with inadequate signage. Breakfast good.

It was ok for one night as a rest stop. Notjing else. Brekfast was good. The breakfast area is tiny and gets full quickly ( 4 tables only). The bathroom in the room needed a lot of upgrades. The toilet looked dirty and so did the bathtub. Check on woman was not friendly and was annoyed when i asked for the wifi password.

The room has a wet, musty smell and was small and crowded for been a "handicap accessible" room. There was something that looked like baking soda in the far corner. By morning our shoes felt wet.
