The hotel had a lovely pool and ocean view, but the thing that made it really exceptional was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They went out of their way to help us when we had a flight cancelled and made the whole experience so much easier than it could have been.

Property is absolutely beautiful, super clean and nice alway smell clean, food & drinks was really good a little pricey, property right on a beautiful walkable clean beach, had to drive to shop. Staff was nice. We did ask for face & body towels, hand soap & body wash but received hand towels, hand soap and conditioner. All of the bathroom supplies needed to be refilled.

The property was very beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We were surprised, however, about the buildings on either side of the hotel. They projected a less than resort feel. Perhaps some sort of privacy screen would improve the situation.

It was a great price and a nice Hotel. The hotel staff was a combination of really great and some unfriendly and irritated. Communications between night and morning shift was an issue and was disappointed to have the front desk deny my a late check out but the cleaning crew allowed me to stay and said the rooms on that floor was open. Not much choices for Hotels and it is one of the nicest but would definitely take better deals or Air BnB.

The waffle maker was amazing but the line was insane. Maybe can have the waffle line separate from the main line of everything else. Loved the fact that there was coffee and hot cocoa available 24hrs.
