Not clean. AC broke and they offered a fan. Only moved us to another room after we complained about it. As soon as we get into another room there were ticks. My husband stepped on one and it just popped blood. There was also pubic hair on the toilet seat. It smelt like urine. There was also roaches. Horrible experience. Could not even fathom sleeping there so we left and checked in next door. Wouldn't recommend.

What really stood out was our driver, Rex. He was so nice telling us where to go and what places to eat because this was our first time in Maui. We’re from Oahu so I love the fact that we had a local Tell us the fun places and food places to try out. We did like 95% of things he told us to do. Definitely coming back and tell people from our gymnastics team to stay because of him, mahalo

The location of the hotel and the staff are great! However, the shower was not very clean (hairs in there, etc.) and there was not enough towels for all guests in the room. When we asked for more they indicated they didn't have any.

Really not a bad little, old-style hotel. Only two stories. Good for the price. Furniture and painting need touching up. Clean but a little run down. Pool area nice. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment. Reception originally assigned us a wrong room classification, but quickly remedied. Overall, good for a couple of nights before airport. Eat at Bistro Casanova, really good Italian!
