The room was extremely small to have a king size bed. Couldn't understand the people in the office. The location was quite 👌. They need new mattresses and air conditioner. It took nearly all night for it to cool off.

At 11PM during check in I was notified that the room was a smoking room. I requested a change to a non smoking room. I was told no. I offered to pay any additional fees to make the change. The host was unwilling to make the change. She told me there weren’t any rooms available. There were only 4 or 5 other cars in the parking lot so I doubt they were at capacity. I booked the room for me and my kids, four occupants, but the room only had 2 towels. I tried to call the front desk from the room but the phones were not connected. The area was a bit creepy so I didn’t want to walk all the way around the building to the office to get the towels. Just not a great experience
