Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was good. It was a prepared egg and sausage plate, but you had to pick it up in the evening and put it in your room refrigerator till morning and then microwave it.

Due to staffing hours, breakfast was a "Box lunch" type with sausage patties biscuits and eggs to be heated up in the microwave over. Not much but a lot better than it could have been. They provided a breakfast for each day I was there. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. I would definately stay here again.

Breakfast was offered in a to-go container to but in the mini fridge in the room. Room was clean, however, one of the bedspreads had two tears, only one side of the lamp between the beds worked, and the towels were very small and thin. On the positive side, parking was great and the shower water pressure and spray was excellent.

Soft beds and great location

My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed.
