Suite is good overall. Housekeeping is bad. Found chips on sofa. We stayed two nights and Housekeeping did not come in the morning before our second night. We ran out of towels of had to get new ones by ourselves. Breakfast on the second morning was almost empty when we went there. Omelets are good.

The parking lot was very easy to navigate and well lit. Lots of good signage. All of the stuff I interacted with was great. Very family friendly hotel.

This property is our favorite when we travel through Jonesboro. Twice or three times a year. From the free drinks Manager special happy hour to the excellent free breakfast. Is top notch. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Bed is so comfortable for my wife and I we love it. My one and only complaint/suggestion is open the hot tub early in the morning. 10 AM is too late to enjoy it before we get back on the road.
