At check-in there was a problem between the hotel and Hotels.com. Something about taxes. The clerk used MY phone to straighten it out which took about an hour. Then our key card wouldn’t work (twice) so he put us in a room with double beds. We booked a king. The room was nasty, it had a joining room with a door that would not lock. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
