This Best Western Plus was just as nice as another hotel we've stayed at in Jonesboro but about $10 less per night. The breakfast was similar and rooms as well. The staff at the Best Western were very friendly and helpful. When we needed to extend our stay, they worked quickly and very kindly to help us get into another room. Harry and Kizzie were great!

Upon arrival very heavy with what smelled like one of those smoke cover up sprays, next day after getting back to the room from a long day of work room smelled very strong of weed. The smell never went away. When we arrived we noticed crumbs or food on carpet, celining peeling, dust everywhere, floor very sticky, and broken remote. Bedding was stained and pillow case was ripped. The day of check out when packing up our stuff when walking over by the window the carpet was soaked, at check out we were told that if ac is below 67 it leaks so it was leaking all night. While the room was in poor condition, the staff at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with and patient.

The best priced clean motel for Jonesboro Arkansas. The room was clean with a full set of bathroom supplies. Room service cleans and resets the beds in the morning. The breakfast is a complete setup eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cupcakes and coffee. The gym needs to replace the treadmill the screen display is out of order and if the locked door doesn’t open ask the front desk to open the gym. Motel is located in a cluster of hotels surrounding it.

Would not recommend this hotel. First room we stayed in, water started dripping from the bathroom ceiling and pieces were falling in the floor. Switched rooms and the air didn’t work real well in that room but we dealt with it. My girls were tired from playing ball all day and just wanted to sleep. Stairwells and hallway had a strong cigarette and Marijuana smell. We will not stay here again.

We have stayed at the montel several times. The last time we were there the stay was good but the visitors they had traveling softball team was extremely rude. They like controlled the breakfast area and made it a mess. They were rude to the lady at the kitchen trying to keep things full. Because of the disrespect she got from them I gave her a personal tip. It made her day a little better and I actually got a smile and thank you.

Like a lot of hotels these days. At night there is the overwhelming stench of marijuana smoke throughout the hotel. And the Wi-Fi would not work during our entire stay. And I did my booking through Expedia.com and so my room was paid for before I even got to the hotel. I didn't notice this until the next morning when going over my bank account. But Expedia charged me at the time of booking and then the hotel charged me twice more upon arrival.
