Unsatisfied with staff, place was in terrible conditions compared to false advertising. No room service to care for maintenance,so trash was held in room throughout my stay.( Owner refused to care for guests) Definitely not recommend to book stay at this site.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Could use some updates. Room included a kitchen with sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Dishes and utensils were also included. Property has beautiful vegetation, some being exotic. Manager was quite congenial.

The place is wonderful, need a lot of improvement! The manager needs to have a better personality. The rooms are good but need to keep in a good repair. The setting is very nice.

Los cuartos son amplios y me gustó que tienen 2 habitaciones por separado con camas muy grandes y cocineta. Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar. Lo que no nos gustó es que no hay restaurante en el hotel, está fuera de servicio y en general la propiedad necesita mantenimiento. Se ve un poco abandonada.

Hay muchos gatos en la propiedad, la almohada tenía cabellos cuando llegamos, toallas viejas y sucias. No había agua caliente. Me comentaron que había calentador solar, pero el agua nunca salió fría. La alberca muy sucia. Se puede escuchar el pasar de los carros, ya que está pegado a la carretera. Esto último no fue muy molesto. Es difícil encontrar a alguien en la recepción. Las habitaciones son super amplias, así como las terrazas, la vegetación al rededor es preciosa. Es muy bonito el lugar. Se encuentra muy cerca a el malecón de Jocotepec. Su ubicación es muy buena.

El lugar es muy bonito para descanso, pero el servicio es malo , estuvimos sin agua porque se descompuso una bomba pero no hubo respuesta de los encargados, tienen un gallo que no deja dormir.
