La administracion no se expreso bien de la plataforma, aun que se pago en expidia, con el numero de confirmacion, no quisieron hacerse cargo para la entrega de la habitacion hasta que apareciera en el portal del hotel Me comunique con ustedes al tel 55-1500-2965 que tenia de la reservacion, desagradable el momento que solo es un robot y ninguna persona que nos pudiera auxiliar en ese momento, realice la confirmacion con el robot telefonico y ya a los minutos no se si el sistema del hotel desbloqueo pero afortunadamente ya aparecio la reservacion Detalles en la habitacion asignada, en una de la cama la sabana del colchon rota y la sabana con manchas la verdad daba desconfianza si las sabanas y las fundas de las almohadas estan limpias se promociona las albercas y ninguna estaba en funsion, la principal sucia y en abandono y las otras dos abandonadas sin agua, se veia un buen hotel rustico, pero ya esta descuidado en sus areas comunes tambien de que habian muchos gatos en la recepcion del hotel Esperando de que con los hoteles conveniados no tengan mala experiencia con ustedes, porque si se quejaron y que lo que se promueve este vigente a lo anunciado

Los cuartos son amplios y me gustó que tienen 2 habitaciones por separado con camas muy grandes y cocineta. Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar. Lo que no nos gustó es que no hay restaurante en el hotel, está fuera de servicio y en general la propiedad necesita mantenimiento. Se ve un poco abandonada.

Hay muchos gatos en la propiedad, la almohada tenía cabellos cuando llegamos, toallas viejas y sucias. No había agua caliente. Me comentaron que había calentador solar, pero el agua nunca salió fría. La alberca muy sucia. Se puede escuchar el pasar de los carros, ya que está pegado a la carretera. Esto último no fue muy molesto. Es difícil encontrar a alguien en la recepción. Las habitaciones son super amplias, así como las terrazas, la vegetación al rededor es preciosa. Es muy bonito el lugar. Se encuentra muy cerca a el malecón de Jocotepec. Su ubicación es muy buena.

Me gusto el lugar, fui por un evento solo un fin de semana, el hotel es muy tranquilo, el personal muy amable y el cuarto tiene muchas comodidades, le agregaría cobertura al wifi, cambiaria colchones porque si son un poco duros y el area de alberca no se si por la temporada pero no invitaba a aventarse un chapuzón, si tienes que ir a pasar la noche a joco sin duda lo recomiendo la ubicación esta excelente, si buscas una escapada de fin de exclusivamente por área de alberca o vista al lago vería otras opciones

Es un lugar muy bonito y agradable. El encargado es muy amable y en general la estancia fue buena. Sólo falta un poco de atención en cuanto a la limpieza, había algo de polvo en las habitaciones y muchas telarañas en el baño, además de un ligero olor a gas en la parte de la cocina. Creo que atendiendo a esos puntos, el lugar sería excelente porque en verdad tienen un espacio muy agradable y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño.
