Convenient but no frills

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was convenient to where I needed to be for a conference every day. I am not sure I would book again though. The first day, we killed a large cockroach in the kitchen on the counter, and my husband and I both killed spiders, and there were quite a few little flying bugs in the condo as well. I get that we were close to the beach, but it just didn't seem clean. The inside shower curtain was orange along the bottom and just looked dingey. The bathtub didn't drain properly which left you standing in about three inches of water at the end of your shower. There was bust on every lamp that stretched to either the wall or the ceiling. General upkeep and cleaning just needs to be a little more thorough.

We were most disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. While the location is excellent for what we needed, it left a lot to be desired on the inside. My husband and I each killed a spider while we were there, and that is after we killed a giant cockroach on the day of arrival that was in the kitchen on the countertop near the coffee pot. Needless to say it did not set the tone for a great trip. There were also many little flying bugs throughout the place. We did our best to just deal with it. The inside of the shower curtain liner was also very dingy and orange at the bottom because the tub did not drain properly. After each shower, you were left standing in about 4 inches of water. It just seemed that it was lacking a little maintenance and cleaning. There was dust on every lamp that basically created cobwebs from the lamps to the ceiling or the wall. I am not sure I would stay here again.
