We had a wonderful weekend getaway! The room was really nice and spacious, clean, bed was comfy, nice toiletries stocked in bathroom. Loved the balcony. Couldn’t see the beach through the trees, but that was expected based on the pictures. The boardwalk to the beach through the mangroves was so pretty and the beach was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was unexpectedly good and had a big selection. We couldn’t ask for a better weekend getaway, and can not wait to come back with the kids!!

We had a end room on the 3rd floor. Great! We thought…. Except for the noisy tenants above and next door. The shuttle service let us down also. It was supposed to run until 10 pm. We called for return pickup beginning 9:45 but it took several tries before the staff member answered. When we reached the front desk at 9:55 the driver had clocked out.

There are NO OCEAN VIEWS from any balcony rooms on any floor. Trees have covered the entire beach views. The team members are courteous & helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean & well kept. Selection of breakfast items was good & staff were polite. The bar service & staff were great.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly. There was an older gentleman on staff who knew practically EVERYTHING about the island and hotel. He was incredibly helpful. We ended up eating at the hotel bar and the food wasn’t bad at all. The bartender was on top of everything, even though she appeared to be by herself. I’d definitely recommend staying and I think we’ll be back. My only complaint is about the doors that lead to the exits. They’re LOUD! Our room was next to one of the doors and we heard it every time the door opened and closed. Other than that, our stay couldn’t have been better. Comfortable beds. Good views. Laid back atmosphere.

There was no room cleaning/ fresh towel , garbage cans emptied. The complimentary shampoo was empty. There was no directory with the room phone. Tried to use it. Finally used my own phone to call fro t desk. They had a runner bring me two garbage bags.

Area is excellent. Short peaceful walk to the beach. Beach is very clean and bug free. Property is dog friendly and rooms were spacious and clean. Everything well thought of. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. Breakfast menu was ok. Loved the different waffle flavors. Rest of the bfast was just ok, sufficient enough. Spoilt fruits. No milk alternatives.
