This house is very comfortable and inviting. It met all of my family needs. There was plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was very clean, quiet and well kept. The location was a plus, close to all our events, activities, shopping and restaurants we had on our itinerary. Will recommend to friends and family visiting the Jacksonville area. Communication with Oliver was very easy, he responded to me within a timely manner to address any concerns.

The process of checking in and out was very smooth. The setup of the property is nice as well, it worked for my family and I. My issue was that there was a slight pest problem that I encountered in the kitchen that was already known to the host. I don't deal with certain type of bugs at home, so i would like to not deal with them on vacation either. The property has everything you need.

Overall was a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the house was as advertised. We did have one hiccup on the A/C not working properly but the owners were quick to resolve the problem. Thank you again for assisting with that, would likely stay there again in the future.
