Jennifer at the front desk was excellent and attentive. Room was good, small issue with the toilet tank not filling up with water but was able to manage that. Front lobby little store ran out of bottled water. Other than those little things, it was a good stay in a safe neighborhood and very convenient to an array of shopping and dining. Will stay again.

Upon entering our room, we found a roach crawling on the wall. After looking around, we found a 2nd and then a 3rd. After contacting the front desk, the guy was very nonchalant and unhelpful about our issue and refused to refund us so that we could find another hotel. Definitely won't stay here anymore.

My room smelt of a mix of stale smoke and mildew and the floor was greasy. You heard the elevator beep all night as it reached each floor. Should invest in a make over. I brt it was a nice place as new. Definitley not kept up with. T

The room was clean except it smelled of mold. The bathroom toiletries were unusable because the size was so small it was impossible to get the conditioner or moisture lotion out. Broken hook on door of bathroom. TV did not hook up to phone or devices.

Yes, everything was clean and professional, with friendly employees. The only reason I rated a 4 in an area is: I learned that my sleep was interrupted various times due to my room being close to the elevator that beeped each time anyone went up on down on it the 1st night, and folks used the ice machine which made a loud noise during the night and early in the morning. Other than that, everything was fine. You couldn't have helped that, but in the future I'll get a room further from the dinging elevator and the ice machine.
