We are truly pleased you chose to stay with us and had a 5 star experience. We are a veteran family and truly care! Please place all trash in the green top can and recycle in the yellow top can.
No need to remove bedding, please place towels at base of washing machine in laundry area.
Check out is promplty at 10am on day of departure. Your access code will stop working at checkout. Please ensure you have removed all personal items prior to departure

Lake house

Great little house for a quick get away to Jacksonville. We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was very convenient to everything and the kids had a great time. The house was very well kept and cleaned.

Pool liner is coming off the side of the pool, lots of debris in the pool bottom, likely from the weather, but we didn't have a means to clean the bottom (skimmer net pole didn't seem to reach)

Outstanding Vacation Stay

Thank You for providing a Beautiful Safe Very Clean property for me and family to stay and enjoy for an entire week! The kids really enjoyed the pool they couldn't stay out of it. We enjoyed fishing from the very safe dock. We caught fish everyday that we were there. Brought them home too! Ample space for all the kds to sleep and watch movies. If anyone thanking of renting this vacation rental do it you will loveit we did. Thanks, Jay
