Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite with walk-in shower, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. The loft is an open third sleeping area with twin beds and a half bath - great for kids or extra guests.

Outdoor living
A screened lanai frames uninterrupted views of the lake and golf course - a natural spot for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. The open deck is ready for sunbathing or quiet outdoor seating.

Amenities & location
The community pool - newly renovated and available year-round - is just steps away. The private beach access point is 1.1 miles out (no parking at beach access). Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, HDTV, and ceiling fans round out the home comforts.

Amenities include the community pool and neighborhood beach access point. All other amenities are private for resident members only. Beach access point has no parking available- drop off point only.
