Room very clean and spacious. Hotel front desk staff, Chase was very friendly and accommodating. He provided a plug and cord for my iPhone, since no USBc ports are provided. I only had my cord, no plug. The hotel restaurant was excellent, great service from Anthony and Kristine. Food is excellent, no reason to eat any place else during your stay.

My partner wasn't well so when we arrived he just really needed to sleep, the room next to ours had the TV on very loud and we could hear it through the walls after 10pm. In the morning, he was awoken early by a delivery truck again being very loud. The worst part was breakfast. Staff ignored us for 10 minutes as we entered the restaurant and the manager's attitude was awful. She was short with customers, rude, and arrogant. She treated another lady with two small children very poorly and made us feel uncomfortable. She was eating food out the back of the restuarant (we saw her do this) before serving guests. We waited 30 minutes for an omelette and toast with eggs- in the end we walked out. In total, just not the Hilton service we would expect and are normally use to. Very disappointing.
