Everything was good! Friendly staffs, cozy room, the AC wasn't loud which is a plus! The breakfast was good! Check-in and checkout were smooth. The location is perfect! The only thing I disagree with is there’s not enough water fountain. The one in gym was out of water, and the fountain on the first floor was broken.. we stayed for two nights. Maybe they can invest a filtered water fountain in gym..

When I checked in on November 1 the desk clerk said that they did not get paid from Hotels.com cause there was a problem with my card so I paid again at the desk when I got home I saw I was charged twice hotels.com made good and I’ve got full credit back on my credit card

We stayed for a wedding and had a lot of time to wait. Our room was close to the lobby which became our "living room". LOL We were welcomed and comfortable which made our rainy weekend off-time wonderful! The staff made sure we had coffee and any comfort we needed. The room and lobby were clean.

Was not happy with this place. Just didn’t feel clean. No water pressure in sink, damp smell, toilet stained, wash rag brown. Deceased employees photos in the hallway outside the elevators. We left after one night and moved down to the Marriott residence Inn. Would love a refund of the second night if possible.

We always enjoy staying in this hotel. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is always hot and fresh as is the coffee and cookies. We appreciated the loan of beach chairs and the ease of walking to the beach from the hotel.
