In the kitchen you'll find premium appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and bar seating for three. The beautiful wood based, glass top dining table seats six additional guests. The spacious living area offers a beige sofa and 2 chairs centered around a large flat screen smart television.

The master retreat includes a king bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an en suite bath with a gorgeous walk in shower and double vanity. Just across the hall, the second bedroom offers two full size beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The laundry area is conveniently located off of the kitchen.

A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!

This property allows 2 dogs weighing no more than 50 lbs combined or 1 larger dog weighing no more than 50 lbs- A non-refundable pet fee is required.
