The screened lanai opens onto calm lake views, and a private deck gives you an additional spot to sit with your coffee or wind down in the evening. Within the community, guests have access to the pool and playground. A beach access point is also available through the neighborhood — please note there is no parking at the access point. No other Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are available to guests; all remaining facilities are reserved exclusively for resident members.
 
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and natural light shape the open living area, where seating for six connects easily with the dining space. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, and a TV keep things comfortable and flexible through any season.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, and a coffee maker. A dining table and breakfast bar offer easy options for every meal.
 
Workspace & connectivity
A dedicated loft workspace with Wifi gives longer-stay guests a proper place to focus — a clear separation between work and downtime under the same roof.
 
Comfort & convenience
Washer, dryer, bed linens, towels, essentials, hangers, iron, private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles are all included. Safety essentials — smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit — are on-site.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point. No amenities are extended to guests other than the community pool and beach access point. Everything else is private for resident members only.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
