The pull-out bed was tiny and the air conditioner squealed the entire night, but otherwise it was clean. The front desk was friendly. The charging station was nice to have.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Have one recommendation for the dining area. Perhaps can put up signs that require guests to dress appropriately when visiting/eating in dining area. A must would be shoes. Would recommend this hotel.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the key cards for rooms where not working , each time staff had to walk you back to your room and let you in.. with that being said the hotel was clean, the staff waa supper nice and and accommodating.. was able to get into room with early ckeck in at 11 am which was wondweing since we had landed at 8 am and no where to go.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. The room itself was dark in spite of numerous lamps. Breakfast was sparse despite the listing that described a top notch breakfast. Someone obviously dropped the ball. There was a sign on the warmer that normally would have contained eggs that said "ran out of egg" The container that was labeled hard boiled eggs was empty as well. This was at 7:30 AM. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, no butter, no fruit and no napkins.

Only had one extra pillow for a part of 4. The staff handling the breakfast was questionable the young man had his hand in his hair and no napkins. Coffee area was full of spills. The stairs had a box just sitting there. No lotion in the rooms.

The hotel and staff were great. While breakfast was great the first morning, after that it was very disappointing. There was a decent variety of foods; however, the preparation led to an almost inedible meal. (Almost liquid oatmeal, hot water so cold it wouldn’t make tea, meat not heated all the way through, stale/dry muffins, etc.)
