An open layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating an easy flow for gathering or unwinding. Comfortable seating and an HDTV offer a place to recharge, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain comfort throughout your stay. A dedicated workspace and Wifi provide a convenient setup when you need to stay connected.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and peaceful golf course views, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, well-suited for family or additional guests. Two bathrooms and bathroom essentials add ease, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a full setup for preparing meals, paired with a dining table for shared moments over breakfast or dinner. Whether you’re starting the day slowly or winding down in the evening, the space supports both quiet mornings and relaxed meals together.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai extends your living space outdoors, offering a quiet setting with open views. A patio or balcony and backyard green space add to the relaxed atmosphere, while the shared outdoor pool - available all year - provides a refreshing option any time of day.

Neighborhood
Set within the Quail Pointe II community of Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra, the condo is positioned near the Beach Gate for convenient shoreline access while maintaining a sense of privacy. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - and a private entrance make arrivals and departures easy. Pets are not allowed.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.
