This 2-story house features an open concept design that brings everyone together with ease. The living area offers comfortable seating and an HDTV, while the kitchen includes a large granite island and everything needed for shared meals. A dining table provides space to gather, whether for breakfast or evening conversations.
Outdoor living
Step outside to your private screened lanai, complete with a pool, fire pit, and a grill station ideal for casual outdoor meals. The backyard and patio area offer a peaceful setting to relax or socialize while enjoying the surrounding golf course views. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.
Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, two queen beds in one room, and a room with two full-size beds, offering flexibility for families or groups. Several bedrooms include private or en suite bathrooms and an additional bathroom

You’ll have access to Wifi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace. The home also includes a kitchen, dining area, and free driveway parking.
