Room was not what was showed on hotels.com . Says the room was remodeled, but the toilet compared to the ones in the pictures was nowhere near remodeled. Towels had hair on them and lights did not work. Overall if you’re going to post updated pictures online make sure the actual room is somewhat compared to what is shown, not a knock off.

Honestly the shower alone is worth booking literally anywhere else. Its hot and cold whenever it wants. But the other thing was that I checked out like an hour early and the front desk lady said she would have my car towed if I didnt leave promptly. (I literally just wanted to get a coffee, and that was a terrible thing apparently)

By far the absolute worse place I’ve ever seen! This place is very unsafe! It is very dirty, nasty, disgusting! Visible bed bugs! Room smelled like dog urine and poop. We walked into our room and right back out. We were afraid to touch anything. The air conditioner had what looked like mold in the vents. We went to the front desk to ask for our money back and to cancel the reservation for the remainder of what we booked. They told us they would refund the deposit, pet fee and second night stay that was booked but charged us for the first night and we didn’t even stay! We haven’t received any of what they said would be refunded! We got there after midnight and ended up parking in a parking lot away from that area and sleeping in our car with our 2 dogs until we could find a safe place to stay for the next day. This hotel needs to be removed from any and all booking sites!!

This hotel is really underrated. I was here for a long term stay (3-4 weeks) due to the new arrival of my grandbaby so i decided to make it a business trip aswell. Brandy was very helpful on the phone. Initially there was an older gentleman who seemed to be bothered by my questions but he answered them. However the shining star was Ariel her positive attitude and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms could use some updating but the pool was amazing. The pillows are very thin but we travel with our own so that was not an issue. There is a restaraunt onsite you can order food i recommend the chicken strips. Also a bar if you want to have a few drinks. The location was close to everyrhing i needed so it worked out perfect. I travel to Jacksonville 8-10 times a year so i am glad i gave this property a chance. The pool was amazing!

Very dirty. Everything seemed to be broken. Not enough pillows for two people. No towel replacement for a stay of 6 nights. It seems not safe for women. Felt a lot of drug use in the area….
