Older hotel with High ceiling, but it feels dated. Tea cups in the room are not even from the same set. Shampoo bottle is empty. Gym is quite big but with strong body odor that I cannot breathe. I would not come back for sure.

When I asked for a room they were charging me double the price which was on expedia until I said I'm reserving through expedia. Then they said that will take longer etc I said I will wait. I had no help with my luggage bringing them in the hotel until I went to reception and paid for rooms and then someone helped me. The view of room on expedia was different to the one given to me. The location had two malls we went to one mall and used taxi took a few minutes.

I liked the staff and service, however where the hotel is located is not near any tourist areas and it requires transportation for everything. I noticed the USA currency is strong in Turkey, however due to significant amount of inflation even a can of Soda was $5.00 on premises.

This city hotel was a great choice! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows offering nice views of the city. The lobby had a lovely design, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus of convenient parking makes it even better. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again!

The hotel was nicely set out,the restaurants and lobby looked very grand and welcoming but the rooms needed an update and although we asked to have these cleaned daily just the bedding was changed and bathroom given the once over so the floor and surfaces were dusty.Also the wardrobe space was tiny

The area of the hotel is very bad so be aware before booking. The staff are not nice and barely know English so they can't help you. We called for simple stuff like plates or water more than 10 times but they did not bring it to us and we had to go and buy them ourselves. Only positive was the good breakfast they have.
