We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The bed linens (Bed sheets or cover ) had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones. I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view. In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good, the staff were polite and respectful, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent, and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10.
