4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel is taking a major hit due to its restaurant and room service. The food they have is all microwaved food which is not even as good as microwave food. They are also priced as if it’s fine dining. The hotel also is relatively new but there is a lot of wear and tear which speak to the quality of fixtures and materials used, very cheap. Location only plus point is being close to the mall but the struggle for finding food near by is extremely hard and the hotels food as I mentioned is not edible. I most likely would not stay here again regardless of the competitive price. There are a select few members of staff that are nice but that cant do much to help. If the restaurant was good and had decent room service I would consider staying again and maybe push up the rating.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked a room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working. Instead of offering us an upgraded room or a proper solution, the hotel moved us to a much worse room. The moment we opened the door, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, making the room very unpleasant. We expected much better customer service. Rather than resolving the problem, we were given a room in unacceptable condition. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards we expected, and we would not recommend staying here.
